PHOTOGRAPHIC COMPETITION
As a Charity we are always in need of funds to help the many Westies that come into our care, especially to meet the high Veterinary costs we incur which for 2009-2010 were vast notwithstanding the many other costs involved in helping this wonderful breed.
To that end we are organising a calendar competition for 2013 and we hope that you will participate; all you have to do is send a Photograph/s of your Westie to Me, Graham Edwards 79b Greenfrith Drive, Tonbridge Kent TN10 3LH
You can be as creative as you like Christmas for December is the easy one, but we don‟t want hundreds of pictures of a Westies sitting by a Christmas tree or opening its presents!! In most months there is topic i.e. Easter, All St. Days for England Scotland and Wales, Mother‟s Day, Father‟s Day, in fact there is something for each month.
The photograph will be displayed for judging at the AGM in 2012 where all who attend will be asked to vote for the best photograph representing each month.
The winning 12 photographs will then be made into the calendar which, when published will go on sale in the Westie Shop. The 12 Winners will each receive a copy of the calendar and a Personalised Collar and Lead for their Westie.
This competition is to raise funds so there will be an Entry Fee of £1 for the first photograph and 50p for each subsequent one, this should be sent with your entry and you can enter as many photographs as you like,
The closing date is Saturday 5th May 2012
So come on all you budding David Bailey‟s have a go after all it is for a good cause.
